Don’t fall into the stereotype mindset. Contrary to misheld beliefs, most people want to work, there’s just barriers stopping them finding the right work.

Be honest with yourself, think back to when you’ve been through tough times. When you were going through it, normal day to day things were much harder, right?

When you don’t have a job or a safe place to call home at the end of the day, it becomes so hard to get yourself out of the situation. When someone has been through tough times, and a good opportunity of a job comes along, more often than not, we know that person grabs that opportunity with everything they have.

They will make it work. If we do our role well, respond effectively and find the job an individual is looking for, they’ll jump at the chance that is given to them. We are all part of the solution.
