“Can I meet my guest first?”

  • We work with each of our guests for six months before introducing them to potential hosts. So we know they are ready to turn their lives around.

    We also conduct full background checks and provide ongoing support throughout their stay with you.

  • Yes! Once we’ve matched you with a guest, we all get together for a cuppa to confirm it’s a good fit.

  • No! Your guest is working towards independence. But some of our Hosts do enjoy sitting down with their guest for dinner once a week.

  • Over 80% of the people we work with are still off the streets and in the same job two years later.

  • We provide training, ongoing support, and are always just a phone call away if you need us.

    We also work closely with your guests employer and closely monitor progress throughout their stay with you.

  • We personally pay your rent directly to you for the first 3 months while your guest rebuilds their budgeting skills.

    After month 3, your guest pays their rent directly, guaranteed by us.

  • Both you and your guest will sign a live document upfront, to set ground rules. This helps to ensure everyone’s safety and make sure everyone is on the same page. If things don’t work out, we simply terminate the contract and work towards a more suitable match.
