We’re matching 10 talented people who have been through homelessness into full-time stable jobs at Network Rail this year.

As a responsible employer, Network Rail understands the value of this work we’re doing together.

We have 4 stable jobs in London this year, 3 jobs in Birmingham, and 3 jobs in Manchester.

Through our work together, Network Rail is welcoming untapped talent onto their teams, diversifying their workforce, and making a real contribution to ending homelessness in the UK.

At Standing Tall we’ve recently adapted the way we measure our impact. Using key performance indicators from the UK Government, our help for these 10 people starting work at Network Rail will generate more than £570,000 of social value. Every pound invested generates at least £10 in social value.
